Community support and involvement assists youth in becoming self-sufficient and ensures the development of a prepared workforce for North Alabama. Real success is seeing youth meet their educational and employment goals and ultimately integrate back into their communities as prepared employees.
Business and industry may offer support in a variety of ways from offering work experience, job shadowing opportunities, apprenticeships and on-the-job training programs. Community leaders may serve as speakers at our work readiness programs, Career Days and Leadership Day events. We solicit sponsorship for our annual Leadership Workshop, Ropes Challenge Course, College Tours, Career Days and Awards Banquet.
